Depending on the product and intended use, customers may be asked to provide an EPA Section 608 or Section 609 certification, business information, or documentation showing that the refrigerant is being purchased for lawful resale.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct refrigerant for their equipment and ensuring that installation, servicing, recovery, and disposal are completed by properly qualified personnel.
