Reliability and Quality

As a general contractor and license electrician and HVAC provider, locating a Dependable source to purchase R22 and save my customers money rather than charging them $15,000 to change their unit I found USFREON online and started doing business with them about 3 months ago. Seeing that they do not have many reviews because only 1% of customers leave reviews I thought that I would share my experience with this company. My company likes General Contracting and electrical services LLC based out of Southwest Arkansas can only speak of this business with the highest regards. Shopping and shipping is easy, and UPS tracking provided in order to track your product, and they offer both shipping to your office or to the job site at which you will be installing the refrigerant. R22 is hard to find however this American based company out of Arizona provides top quality Refrigeration products that can easily be installed even with the simplest of equipment. They have gained 100% of my business based on their integrity, the easiness of accessibility, and never late on deliveries. Great job gentleman keep it up. You have my highest marks at five stars, my respect, my recommendations to others and 100% of my business. I truly appreciate your service.

Recent purchase

Absolutely pleased with my experience with USFREON From beginning to end was a quick, simple and very speedy experience. When I made my last purchase I do feel the container was corrupted a bit and I lost quite a bit of the freon in the installation process due to this but there were no issues with this container. I do wonder however as nice as these tanks are why there isn't a return/recycle policy to reuse these containers. If they contained R-22 before they should always be able to be refilled with such. I would think it would save a ton of money and metal to just reuse container tanks. Why not a return pick up with credit kind of think for future purchases? Just an idea.
